mtmIf you received a free copy of my first Ebook, “MTM 1.0,” I want to hear what you think about it!

I am getting some really great feedback so far!

Now, here’s what i’m doing…

I’m editing the video that goes with the book…adding titles, exercise names, etc.  I am going to be packaging this with the book and it will soon be available for purchase as well!

No, not for an exorbitant price…one that not only reflects all the work i’ve put into this project but is fair to you!

If you got your free copy, you may want to purchase the video when it’s done, because there’s an hour’s worth of  it.  I explain and demonstrate each and every exercise in the book!  The warm-up sequence is over 10 minutes long, because I go into the specifics!

Thanks again for all of your support and encouragement!  I am so excited, and I look forward to doing another project soon!

Yours in Health,

Sarah

Please note:  This book was put together entirely by me, myself, and I…just like my website!  It is a grassroots project, and i’m extremely proud to be able to say that I have done so much all by myself.  You will be paying via PayPal.  I will personally be emailing a copy of MTM 1.0 to you, so please realize that you may not receive it immediately…but, you will receive it within 24 hours!  I know you will appreciate the time and effort i’ve put into my first book!  Also note that if you are ordering the videos, you will be receiving several segments.  I decided to split the video up into a warm-up segment and each level has it’s own workout footage.  This way, if you’re wanting to just click and open the warm-up footage, there you have it!

Thanks again for your support!  I look forward to hearing your feedback and witnessing your results from MTM 1.0!

That sounds like a fair price. Thanks for not trying to gouge people.

    • LOL!
I’ve never been a “gouger”…more like a “okay, i’ll give you this, and this, and this too” type! 😀
I look at it this way…you go to the bookstore…most fitness books cost $15-$20. They are mass-produced non-grassroots productions. One day, who knows…I may be in bookstores, but until then, it’s just me, myself, and I running the show! I am personally emailing each ebook out when it’s purchased. I’m in dire need of some streamlining, but until I get someone to integrate a shopping cart/instant download function into my site, i’m handling it all…and to be honest, I kinda like it that way! In this day and age I feel it’s nice to get personal attention, and well, that’s what i’m here for!
