I just got done with what i’m calling “23 Minutes of Hell”!
I am falling back into my routine pretty well this week!
I made a goal of working out on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday…and I met that goal!
Next week will be different…gotta improve upon this week! 🙂
5 Minute Warm-Up:
- TGU Singles with 8 kilo – 5 ea side
- Cossack Stretch – 5 ea side, hold 3 sec
Workout: 5 rounds, resting only as long as needed!
- Snatches – 8 kilo x 10 ea
- 1A Swings – 12 kilo x 10 ea
- Burpees (with jump) – 10
