      PSS – did you hear that you can hit yourself with a kettlebell or throw your back out? Your trainer is old fashioned. Make sure she doesn’t konk teach you to do a clean and konk, thereby knocking your lights out next time. Those gosh darn kettlebells…they are so overrated…who uses em? I’m thinking y’all need to equip the pool house with a few nifty dinosaur-like machines…that would be a better idea…and if they gather cobwebs, well, just make sure the maids dust em off now and then. ;D

    I think they are a danger to your health. Hit my head on one when doing the Turkish get up. Yes, hit my head on one. I came down and forgot about the one behind me on the floor. So much for blinking safety. The birds around my head were chirping, but I did not stop and carried on with a very big bump on my head. What was it about the: No pain, no gain? Bruises on my lower arms just from holding/ leaning the kettlebell against my arm. I now wear 2 layers of legwarmers (on my arms of course) and I still get light bruising just from leaning. Bruises on my upper arm but I guess I suck at cleans but I am sure I will get there one day. Things can only get better. I hope ;o)!
