-Bootcamp Is Already Kickin’ As*!-
The ladies rocked it last night!
Here’s a brief rundown of the workout:
- 5 min easy jog, followed by stretches
- Bodyweight Tabata (standing knee to elbow, jumping jacks, squats, cross punches)
- Partner Circuit (30 min work/rest intervals; alternating rope waves, kettlebell swings, bench dips, lateral speed ladder shuffle)
- Core & Stretching (planks, bridges, child’s pose, piriformis)
- Cooldown Stretching
I love our group! Everyone has an upbeat attitude and i’m anticipating some amazing progress in the next four weeks!
