-Bootcamp Is Already Kickin’ As*!-

The ladies rocked it last night!

Here’s a brief rundown of the workout:

  1. 5 min easy jog, followed by stretches
  2. Bodyweight Tabata (standing knee to elbow, jumping jacks, squats, cross punches)
  3. Partner Circuit (30 min work/rest intervals; alternating rope waves, kettlebell swings, bench dips, lateral speed ladder shuffle)
  4. Core & Stretching (planks, bridges, child’s pose, piriformis)
  5. Cooldown Stretching

I love our group!  Everyone has an upbeat attitude and i’m anticipating some amazing progress in the next four weeks!

    You guys should tear ’em up with some animal training. Will there be any photos/videos of the workouts?

    • Heck yes! I am gonna get the Flip out there soon and video the “troops” in action! They LOVED the ropes last night! I’m sure they are all sore today! 🙂
