Here is my Reaching Squat Matrix, which is similar to the drills I explained in the previous post. It works great as part of a warm-up or as a mini-workout!
I recommend this variation prior to performing a similar lunge matrix. Also, you can perform this sequence without a dumbbell.
This is an excellent way to fire up the “communication” between the hip and opposite shoulder. There is a great deal of work being done by the trunk in order to control the movement!
