-Try This Warm-Up Sequence!-

Here’s how I warmed up this afternoon:

  1. Overhead Squats x 10
  2. Dowel Orbits x 5ea
  3. Wave Squats x 5
  4. Sequential Lunge x 1 ea
  5. TGU Singles x 2 ea

Took roughly five minutes!

Normally i’d use a 12 kilo for the wave squats…but it was in my trunk, and I didn’t feel like going out to get it! 🙂
