-Yet Another Plank Variation!-

Here’s the Plank + Hip Swivel!  It’s another doozy! 🙂

Exhale when you swivel to one side, and inhale on the way to the other.  Don’t forget to keep your booty tight!

Try 10 swivels per side and let me know what you think!

    • AWESOME!!!!!
      I like to sit on the floor too…but can’t b/c I have hard tile…hmmmmm…maybe I should invest in a huge dog bed and throw that on the floor… 🙂
