-7,000 Hits!-

You guys are AWESOME!

Yesterday, this blog passed the “7,000 hits” mark!  That may not sound like an astronomical number to many, but it’s amazing to me!  I’m not trying to drive a ton of traffic to my blog.  It’s not about QUANTITY, it’s about QUALITY.  You are here for a reason, and my goal is to provide you with QUALITY CONTENT!  Thank you for stopping by, subscribing, and leaving your comments!

As many of you already know, Trainer-Nation was released last month with an overwhelmingly positive response.  If you haven’t checked it out yet, do so by clicking the link!  It’s an incredible resource, and it’s free!

If you are a Fitness Professional, you’ve gotta check out Super-Trainer Forums.  I am a moderator over there, and you will find a ton of interaction.  There’s no way you can visit the forums and NOT walk away with at least one tidbit of priceless advice from numerous trainers’ real-world experience!

Check out Coach Rick Karboviak’s “!”  The date for “The Big 1” is April 18, 2009, so sign up now and get ready to race!  Winners will be awarded a big prize pack of invaluable fitness resources, donated by various elite Fitness Professionals (your’s truly included)!

“Outside the Box” Training blog subscribers…I will be sending you a “gift” soon!

Last, but not least, if you live in the Baton Rouge area, and have been wanting to participate in a butt-kickin’, fat-burnin’ bootcamp workout, stay tuned!  BIG things coming! 🙂

Your hip mobility drill is actually making me a better DDR player, especially for doubles (using 2 mats).

    • Heck yes!!!
      That is awesome!
Who knows…maybe one day we’ll collaborate and come up with a workout program for DDR aficionados? 😀
