You guys are AWESOME! 

Yesterday, this blog passed the “7,000 hits” mark!  That may not sound like an astronomical number to many, but it’s amazing to me!  I’m not trying to drive a ton of traffic to my blog.  It’s not about QUANTITY, it’s about QUALITY.  You are here for a reason, and my goal is to provide you with QUALITY CONTENT!  Thank you for stopping by, subscribing, and leaving your comments!

As many of you already know, Trainer-Nation was released last month with an overwhelmingly positive response.  If you haven’t checked it out yet, do so by clicking the link!  It’s an incredible resource, and it’s free!
