I wanted to post a video that shows part of the workout I did this morning at a park around the corner. Talk about some killer training – all you need is a kettlebell, a 50-foot manila rope, and your own bodyweight! Here i’m doing 20 sec of work followed by 10 sec of rest. 1-Arm Swings, Pushups, and Alternating Waves. Rest only as much as needed after completing a “revolution”, then repeat 1-2 more times!
