-If It’s Nice Out…Work Out!-


I wanted to post a video that shows part of the workout I did this morning at a park around the corner.  Talk about some killer training – all you need is a kettlebell, a 50-foot manila rope, and your own bodyweight!  Here i’m doing 20 sec of work followed by 10 sec of rest.  1-Arm Swings, Pushups, and Alternating Waves.  Rest only as much as needed after completing a “revolution”, then repeat 1-2 more times!

    • YES! That’s just part of it! I did four rounds similar to that one…mixed it up a bit. I was smoked! A little bit of that goes a loooooong way…I LOVE it! 🙂

  3. Thanks for sharing the post, Paul! Great stuff! You won’t catch me working out in the snow, however, lol… 🙂 I’m a wuss when it comes to that…now, if we’re talking skiing, that’s a different matter!

    More people need to get outside and take advantage of the fresh air, change of scenery, and “opportunities” for exercise variations that the environment provides! 🙂
