Shoulder packing – what is it? Well, in kettlebell training it’s a super-important concept. It basically refers to creating a strong, stabilized shoulder by “packing” the head of the humerus down into the socket. You must engage the lats in order to do this, and you’ll notice improvements in shoulder mobility as well as pressing strength once you master this technique! Once again, Anthony DiLuglio takes an important concept and makes it easier to understand!
