-Subscribers – What Would You Like To See?-

Another short post for today.  I am going to be working on this month’s “Subscriber Specials” feature, and wanted to get an idea of what you would like to see!  Feel free to add your comments to this post and let me know your thoughts.  You may inspire me to come up with something really great! 🙂

    • Hey Holly!

Great idea! I can most definitely come up with something pertaining to in-home cardio! 🙂

I’d like to see more information about working with/around injuries. I hurt the back of my shoulder taking a kettlebell class at the gym doing something I would have never done at home (explosive rows that I didn’t stop doing when it started to hurt because, well, I’m not a quitter!)

And then I’m so worried about gaining weight to quit exercising. Help!

  4. Hey Tonya!
Fill me in…explosive rows in what manner? Have you seen a doc? When did you injure it? What movements aggravate it? Let me know – injuries are the pits, but if you’re able to rehab it and continue exercising in a manner that doesn’t aggravate it, you should be fine!
