Baton Rouge’s BEST outdoor group fitness experience! Led by myself, Fitness Professional Sarah Rippel, the workouts are intense, yet at the right level for each participant.  I personally design each workout with the goal of keeping the group moving, progressing, and laughing!

What does a “typical” workout consist of?

Well, I like to have the group warm-up prior to jumping into the “workout” portion of the hour, but most will tell you that the warm-ups most definitely aren’t boring!  I incorporate a lot of dynamic warm-up drills into the beginning 15 minutes.  My goal is to get everyone warmed-up, moving better, and ready for action!  After this, we’ll move into strength, agility, locomotor, and metabolic work.

Throughout my blog, you’ll get a taste of many of my “secret weapon workouts,” and I will say that i’m pretty good at creating circuits that challenge the body AND the mind.  I want each participant to try and improve upon what they did in the previous workout.  In addition, the group dynamic really pushes each one to not quit!
